Beyond All Reason was my first novel, quickly followed by Beyond All Odds and Beyond the Horizon. Several years later those three original novels were brought together in one large edition: The Beyond Trilogy.
What inspired me to write my first novel? Many of you are familiar with ‘The Patriot’, a superb movie that burst onto the Big Screen on June 27, 2000. After watching that movie several times, I began to feel a bit of compassion for the notoriously evil British Dragoon Colonel. What had soured his life? Could he be healed? And that became my challenge.
